1. Introduction
Welcome to Exoboosters Tech. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We offer a range of web design and consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Startup consulting Services
- Digital marketing guidance
- Website maintenance and support
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requested
- Use our services for lawful purposes only
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Exoboosters Tech as part of any engagement are the intellectual property of Exoboosters Tech. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our explicit permission. Exceptions to this include any branding related engagements such as logo design in which case the approved end product will be considered your intellectual property.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due as outlined in the project proposal or invoice. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, Interac e-transfers, and PayPal. Late payments may incur additional fees.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the discretion of Exoboosters Tech. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of the service delivery date to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
6.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel our services at any time by providing written notice. If you cancel before the project has commenced, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after the project has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. For Website-As-A-Service projects, you will be required to make outstanding payments for the contract term before cancellation can be completed.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
If we are required to sign-up for third party services on your behalf, we will state this in our project proposal/contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
Exoboosters Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for those services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
